When awarded the dairy contract, they had to build their team of drivers in a very short space of time. Streatgy Collective was briefed to collaborate with Symons to build brand awareness and launch exciting recruitment campaigns.
The “Move the Milk” campaign aims to reach key locations and targeted audience personas to play matchmaker with the right candidates and appeal to truckies across New Zealand to take up these coveted positions in the dairy season.
The “Move the Milk” video was created, and a digital campaign put together, resulting in incredible outcomes with over 100,000 people reached and over 5000 clicks to Symons Transport’s website, where potential candidates could find further information and apply.
