Tasked with breathing new life into his Taranaki real estate practice, the brief was to create a fresh, modern, and contemporary feel.
Futureproofing the company to motivate ambitious team members and set a succession plan in motion, Selwyn Metcalfe Real Estate was re-branded.
Working together with the team, we devised a strategy to ensure that the brand refresh was consistent. Running a workshop with the team allowed us insight into why everyone enjoyed real estate and highlighted that realtors play a vital part in the emotional process of buying and selling a home. “Connection” and “heart” were words banded around and laid the foundations that Metcalfe Real Estate were all about turning a house into a home.
The new logo, created within a circle to house the icon that represents residential, commercial, and rural properties, is friendly and inviting. We made sure the colours chosen stood out in this competitive landscape.
